The staff was nice and helpful! Comfortable and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast delivered to the room. Convenient location near restaurants and shopping areas. Good internet connection.

The staff was friendly and helped us with our luggage on arrival. The Christmas decorations were lovely, and the lobby had a warm and cozy vibe. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi and had a convenient location near several restaurants and shops.
Our stay was not pleasant. The room was small and cramped, and the air conditioning was not working properly.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was veryvery comfy and tidy. The hotel facilities were great, with a tea kettle in our room and breakfast delivered to our preference. The location was convenient, close to many places to eat and shop.

Nice Service, Good Location, and Comfy Beds the room service was quite good and courteous. the hotel location was perfect for city sightseeing and shopping, with many attractions nearby. the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep.
Dirty Bathrooms, Small Room the bathrooms were not hygienic and had a bad odor. the room size was small, and there was not enough space to move around.
